Master Acoustical was founded in 1975 with a clear vision: to bring professional, reliable commercial ceiling contracting to Delaware. From day one, our focus has been on delivering excellence in every aspect of our work. Over four decades later, we remain a trusted name in Delaware and the surrounding areas.
In 1999, Master Acoustical partnered with Heritage Interiors, building on a strong foundation to help elevate and innovate the commercial interior architectural construction industry. This collaboration allowed us to offer a unified source for commercial interior solutions, enhancing project performance, streamlining communication, and reducing overall costs.
In 2017, Master Acoustical and Heritage Interiors officially merged under one name, combining their strengths and expertise to better serve clients as a true one-stop shop. The merger brought together acoustical ceilings, drywall, and other specialty services under a single, trusted brand, simplifying the construction process and improving efficiency, communication, and project delivery. This move reinforced our commitment to quality, reliability, and comprehensive service from start to finish.
In August 2023, Master Interiors proudly announced the acquisition of Special Finishes, a strategic decision that further expanded our service capabilities. By incorporating Special Finishes’ specialized expertise and innovative solutions, we elevated our ability to deliver even greater value to our clients across every stage of their projects.
