The Whisper panel sloped ceiling above the chandelier is a 1” thick system that was designed and installed over a wood dance floor after the completion of this country club ballroom. The original ceiling was painted drywall that caused the room to be very noisy and reflective of any sound sources in the glass-walled room.
Grace Pointe Community Church has been blessed with growth since being established in 1944. In 2008, the church expanded to its new facility in Gambrills Road in Severn, Maryland and in 2011, enjoyed its first service in their new campus.
The combination of the aesthetically pleasing wood ceiling tiles installed in a black grid system coupled with the colorful wall panels highlight this beautiful open air sanctuary while at the same time providing exceptional acoustical performance.
